FIMO, an Italian factory, dentist's prosthodontic office, was set up in 1927 by the Work Commander Augusto Libè, the maternal grandfather of the current sole director Giorgio Di Grazia.

At the beginning. FIMO produced the necessary material for dentist's office, from the dentist's armchair to the specialist instrumentation with the respective consumable materials. Bit by bit, FIMO asserted itself as the leader factory of that sector, becoming the official provider of Navy Ministry, Air Force Ministry and Home Office.

Since 1987 has been extending his field to the pharmaceutical sector with four product lines exclusively dedicated to the sale in pharmacies.

That's how the 'Dental Emergency Intervention' , 'Whitening Teeth ', the 'Dental Hygiene ' and the 'Adhesives for Denture' lines were born.

The Dental Emergency Intervention is the leader line of the sector, in the Italian pharmacies. It's made up of:

In 2008, after many years of experience and documentation in the sector of adhesives for dentures, FIMO has commercialized the GRIPDENT STRONG, an adhesive paste for denture, with great resistance and duration.

In the last years, FIMO inserted itself in other European markets, such as the English, Spanish and Portuguese market, with great success in the sales.

In 1998, FIMO has certified its Quality System below the norm ISO 9002 and EN 46002, adapting its standards production to the requirements of the Directive 93/42/CEE, as notified by the Superior Health Institute for the devices and the brand mentioned before.
